Gina is an Ivy-League graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Graduating with honors, Gina received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics. Gina returned to her hometown to attend law school at the University of Miami School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree, again, graduating with honors.

Gina began her legal career specializing in real property law and real estate litigation. Gina’s experience in the realm of real estate enhances her capabilities as a personal injury attorney by equipping her with a unique perspective, valuable litigation skills and strong negotiation tactics.

Gina is a member of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Outside of the legal world, Gina is active in several philanthropic and Jewish organizations throughout South Florida. She serves on the board of the FIDF Young Leadership Miami Chapter.

Gina was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. She is a Cuban American and speaks Spanish fluently.
